In April 2022 I purchased HiFiMan 5xx headphones from Drop. I liked them a lot. The one problem I had was that the left channel would drop out from time to time. I thought the problem was a cable so I ordered a new one. Turns out I was wrong. So I contacted Drop to explain the problem. Their response was kind, helpful and rapid, solving the problem - they are sending me a new 5xx unit. Very happy with the customer service, 100% well done. Highly recommended.

They sell factory 2nds of some items (without the manufacturer's warranty of course) and then slap a measly 30 day window on replacements, knowing damn well they won't last in hopes that the consumer just buys more shoddy garbage. Their collaborations with other companies aren't all that great either with their (obviously) purposely lacking engineering and design. NEVER again will I make any purchase at all from drop.

Read reviews on thier site about mystery boxes they all looked okay , thaught I'd give it a go aswell!.
I order the 500 dollar mystery box express shipping!!! .
I go on to thier Facebook page to see if they are popular only 9 followers , no number , no adress , just a God damn email for support .
I ask when my item will be shipped "jacob" said he had covid and will be sent out over the weekend .
It's been almost 2 weeks and NOTHING!!!!!!!! No tracking number nothing!! . Just a scam . No one replies to your concerns no one gives you a refund!! .
So angry I lost 500 on this pathetic crap

Was told that part or my shipment was lost in transit, while I have my doubts they even shipped the package to begin with support was quick to reply and offer a refund/replacement. Never a bad experience with products offered either.

Edit 8/24/22 I read more reviews and I also work for a shipping company. I get that there are issues sometimes with shipping, but DROP customer service is horrible. They respond as if they intend to help, but do actually nothing. Then when a bad review comes up on this website, there's some ready to give more lip service! Like the guy who responded to this review. I had to go to my credit card company to reverse the charges, but I shouldn't have had to do that if they had competent Customer Service reps.
Holy Crap! I wish I knew about this website. DROP has terrible customer service. I was double charged on an order I placed, and gave them my credit card statement showing I was double charged. Their response was to double check with the marketing team????? Not the accounting department ???? They said kept telling me your account only shows one order. Like no duh! it's one order, the problem is that I was charged twice for that one order. There was virtually no help at all, and im never getting back my money. Don't expect help from customer service. Good luck if you're ordering from this company.

Drop offers unique MT3 keycaps that no where else offers. I bought the MT3 Elvish LOTR keycaps for my ortholinear keeb and it looked awesome. Easy to order and even cancel within 2 hrs if you changed your mind. Shipping however with DHL took a bit longer to arrive in Canada. Other than that, the arrived package was good with not dents on the box. Keycaps were of good quality and smooth. Pricing might be a little on the pricey end but better to wait for BOGO event. For sure the MT3 keycaps are a head turner in the office.

I have bought and returned several items from Drop. Depending on how much you spend, delivery may be free, and free delivery usually gets you a free return.

My last interaction was a request for technical support because after initially being functional, the remote that came with the DAC I had just purchased didn't seem to work. Drop got back to me within 2 business days and offered a replacement. I had to confess that the apparent malfunction was actually operator error. The Drop representative was pleased to hear that everything was copacetic and let me know that she had noticed my pending return, had processed it through and it was only a matter of having my credit card company post the refund.

I am a dedicated shopper and, consequently, an absolute cheapskate. I consult Drop daily in my search for deals. I have purchased headphones, electronics and EDC from Drop, all without complaint.

As always, caveat emptor, but I say yea for Drop.

i ordered the "IDOBAO ID80 CRYSTAL GASKET KEYBOARD KIT"
in their product description of this product clearly states that the whole kit comes with hot swapable switches, keycaps and a wrist rest.
After i got the order and opened it i saw that there where no switches or keycaps included in the kit.
I contacted their support and they said they would send the unit again after some back and forth.
A couple of weeks go by i get the 2th order and again the same deal no keycaps or switches.
i clearly stated in my first support mail to them that the switches and keycaps where missing form the order.
till now i have gotten no further news so i payed quite a large amount of money for a plastic skeleton
